YOUR SOURCE FOR MOTORCYCLE TRAININGWhether it’s your first time on a motorcycle, trike or scooter or you’re a seasoned enthusiast, rest assured Evergreen has a program that will meet your needs and bring out the joy of riding on the wide-open road. For more than 75 years Evergreen Safety Council has set the standards for training and safety in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and beyond. We are a private, non-profit organization, who, as leaders in our field strives to deliver relevant, innovative and fun training for all of our students and members.
Our motorcycle instructors have no ASL experience. If you require an ASL Interpreter you must notify us 30 days in advance of your class start date. This will allow us time to secure the proper interpreter and have them arrive at your class training. If you elect to provide your own ASL interpreter, like a friend or family member, please let us know so we can inform the instructor.

*You may use your own motorcycle in a basic or intermediate rider course if the motorcycle is under 500cc’s, you have proof of insurance for the motorcycle, and have a pre-ride inspection completed by the instructor. You must also have authorization from the office.
*Personal Sidecars and Trikes may be used during basic S/TEP courses if you have proof of insurance for the Sidecar or Trike and it passes a pre-ride inspection. It is at the instructor’s discretion whether your Sidecar/Trike will be able to maneuver through the exercises successfully prior to allowing you to ride it in the course. VW trikes typically don’t fit due to the length.
